Reservation, Cancellation & Late Policy
Credit card is required for reservations over $65. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. Unless we received such notification, you will be charged 50% of the fee for your reserved services. Your reservation is considered a "no show" if you arrive more than 20 minutes late.
